1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any product or service offered through the pk080 platform located at pk080.vip ("the Platform", "pk080", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the User", "the Player", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using pk080 and must not register an account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pk080 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
2. Eligibility
Access to and use of pk080 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis:

We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts pending verification. Any winnings accumulated prior to age verification may be withheld pending satisfactory confirmation of eligibility.
- Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of pk080 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. The Platform is operated for entertainment purposes and targets markets where such activity is permitted. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law are not eligible to register.
- Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal disability, or who have been self-excluded from gambling platforms, are not eligible.
- Not a pk080 employee: Employees, officers, directors, and agents of pk080, and the immediate family members of such persons, are prohibited from holding a player account or participating in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
3. Account Registration & Verification
To access betting, casino, and gaming products on pk080, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration:
- Single account: Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on pk080. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. pk080 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and to withhold any associated balances pending investigation.
- Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile telephone number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
- KYC verification: pk080 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") policy. You may be required to submit identity documents including a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued documentation. pk080 may request KYC documents at any time and, in particular, before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.
- Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pk080 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All monetary transactions on the pk080 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:
- Accepted payment methods: pk080 currently accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.
- Minimum deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. pk080 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.
- Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. Processing times vary by method: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within 15–45 minutes on verified accounts; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
- KYC prior to withdrawal: Identity verification must be completed before pk080 processes any withdrawal request. pk080 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory KYC completion.
- Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that you are legally entitled to use and that belong to you personally. The use of payment methods belonging to third parties is prohibited.
- Currency conversion: All balances and transactions are denominated in PKR. Where a payment method processes in a different currency, conversion occurs at the prevailing rate and any conversion charges are borne by the User.
5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
pk080 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional incentives to registered players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion's specific terms:
- Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the specific promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
- pk080 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
- Abuse of promotions, including but not limited to bonus-hunting strategies, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or collusion with other players, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and account closure.
- Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new registered players only and may not be claimed more than once per household, device, or IP address.
- pk080 reserves the right to request documentary evidence that a promotional claim is legitimate before crediting any bonus amount.
6. Betting Rules
The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on pk080. Additional sport-specific and market-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
- Bet acceptance: A bet is accepted only when pk080 confirms acceptance via a bet slip confirmation displayed to the User. Bets placed during system outages, communication errors, or technical faults are not guaranteed to be honoured and may be voided at pk080's discretion.
- Odds changes: Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet placement. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your accepted bet. pk080 accepts no liability for losses arising from odds displayed in error.
- Void bets: pk080 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or where a material error in odds is identified. Void bets are refunded to the player's account balance in full.
- Maximum payouts: Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are published in the Platform's betting rules section and may be updated from time to time. pk080 is not obligated to pay out winnings in excess of published maximum limits.
- Results: The official result recognised by pk080 for settlement purposes is the result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport. In the event of dispute, pk080's decision on settlement is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.
7. Casino & Gaming Products
The pk080 Casino section and all slot and table game products are provided subject to these Terms and the specific game rules embedded within each game's interface. The following additional conditions apply:
- All casino games on pk080 use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and spinning by professional dealers in licensed studios. Game outcomes are independent and random.
- Published Return to Player ("RTP") percentages represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee any individual player's results over any session or time period.
- pk080 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules or incorrect strategy play. It is the player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game before wagering real money.
- In the event of a malfunction or disconnection during a live casino or slot game session, the interrupted round will be resolved in accordance with pk080's technical fault policy, details of which are available from support upon request.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on pk080 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

- Collusion with other players for the purpose of defrauding pk080 or other players.
- Money laundering or using the Platform for any purpose that violates anti-money laundering ("AML") regulations.
- Opening accounts using false identity information or impersonating another person.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical glitches to gain financial advantage. Any winnings accumulated through exploitation of errors must be returned and will be deducted from balances where necessary.

- Attempting to circumvent account restrictions, self-exclusion periods, or cooling-off periods imposed by pk080 or requested by the player themselves.
9. Account Suspension & Closure
pk080 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
- Detection of duplicate accounts held by the same individual.
- Any court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction requiring account action.
Upon closure for cause, pk080 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by the player for reasons unrelated to breach, verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds not yet satisfied) will be refunded via the player's most recently used payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
10. Responsible Gaming

- Service interruptions, technical faults, or downtime caused by events outside of pk080's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, network failures, or third-party service failures.
pk080's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the lesser of the net deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim, or PKR 50,000, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the pk080 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, interface designs, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of pk080 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pk080.
13. Privacy & Data Protection
pk080 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately on this Platform and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pk080 does not sell personal data to third parties. 14. Amendments to These Terms
pk080 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations.
